SO CLOSE TO CHRISTMASSS !!
i just want school to be done ! haha . i dont think its very fair we dont get off till the 22nd because that only leaves us 3 days till christmas ! well nothing is really new and exiting in the life and times of me . haha. This weekend we had elissas going away party , and encountered some interesting events that night ! haha . than saturday i got to babysitt nate which was funn :) ! and sunday church / hanging out with britt , than after evening service me and brittany played santas helpers and brought the overworked Vanessa and slacker Melissa (haha jk melissa !) ice cream ! and hung out with katrina who was there too , ate some pizza , and i found out about a new fruit . im not sure how to spell it , pomello or something ! haha . but i didnt get initiated into the pomello eating club , by having to wear the hat .haha but i must admit it was gooooooood fruit ! hehe . we watched survivor as well , and what was ment to be a 5 min stop in & break for Vanessa turned out to be a 3 hour long visit , hehe , oh well who can put a time on hanging out with friendss right ! all i have to say is i love thiss family :) theyre the bestt ! im pretty sure i fit in more with them than my own family ! haha

sOooOoOOoo . Christmas breakie is comming up ! and im here in sudz till the 26th , than im heading up to the sault to visit my friendss there till Jan 6th . im guna miss everyone here but i will be back , i promise ! haha . so on the 26th i go to massey to spend time with Elissa and her family till the 29th when Shawna comes to get us , and we head up for our roadie to the sault . im pretty sure i have 5 or 6 houses so far im sapose to be staying at haha ! im guna be bounced around alot , but im lucky to have a greatttt bestfrienddd sarah who is guna travel house to house with me wherever i stay ! yeep , were inseperable sometimess hehe . anywhoo , i hope you all have an amazzinnngg christmas . Hey peoplee

well ive realized its been like forever since i last posted ! haha . theres alot of new stuff, not enough room for it all haha . well i have been quite the little bussy body latly, and it was nice to have a weekend at home doing nothing with the house to myself this past weekend . i think we all need a little alone time to just relax. although i was doing alottt of homework haha . well friday the youth group hosted the christian radio station here in sudbury, and i must say it was pretty funn ! me and jason had some good random times on there ! lol . like our traffic and weather report & suchh . anywayss , things with me have been pretty good, and sorry for all those wanting to see my reverse kareoke thing too , i made mark take it off haha . it was HORRIBLE !! haha . anyways , i may not be good or like singing , but i sure do love writing songs . so here are a few of my more recent songs i wrote in october .

newww addition to the family !

heyyy !

well things have been kinda crazy latly with home and school and such. But our God is definatly an amazing God , and has given me more strength to get through things than i could have imagined. There is a new addition to the familyy. my new 5 day old niece !! Her name is Aliyah . I am so incredibly blessed to have not just one, but 2 beautiful nieces. Melina is almost a year old now !! so my brothers poor fiancee was in labour for like 25 hours !! till the doctors decided to give her a c-section. But she just keeps saying that it was all worth it. and i have to say it is , because now i have a new adorablee niece. Well we took Melina up to the hospital the day after Aliyah was born. and she adored her !! . Aliyah was crying and Melina gave her a kiss then she stoped crying, definatly one of the cutest things ive ever seen ! haha i added some pictures , one of Melina, one of me my cousin karen and Aliyah and another of just Aliyah .well i have to go and finish packing , because im having a sleepover with 3 crazyy Jakola's toniteee :) hahaha . Hey all !

well summer is over , and i've already finished my first week back to school. yikess ! i misss summer . lol its weird being back in school and doing work again, and not being my lazy self. ahah. plus sometimes i find i get caught up in so much already that i dont spend nearly as much time with God as i did in the summer.

Well im so happy that pretty much everyone is back from their summer adventures, the girls got back from cat lake and they're alive and well haha , elissa got back from camp ,and ariel is back from mexico & galilean. But i had to say goodbye to Steph who is now out in Chicago , Ariel who is leaving tomorrow for Sarnia , Sarah&Bryce who are in saskatchewan(with all those ticks ehh . lol Sarah & Sarah Childs). and finally, one of my hardest goodbyes, to Brittany who is in college in Oakville...and i definatly miss her ! Buuuutt i did get to spend an hour on the phone with her today ...haha coulda been longer , we had like 5 days worth of things to catch up on lol. you know you're close when....haha.

anywayss . were back to the normal youth group , & bible study & church ! and we have some new commers , like KC Miles and her sister Tiffany Miles ! : ) . this year will definatly be an awsome one, and im looking forward to all of it ! I pray that your first week back to your schools, or jobs, or whatever you may be doing , have been going incredibly well !

Im pretty sick right now , i have a sore throat, and a fever , and just all around sick ! haha . so im going to go to bed , but hope you have an amazing week everyone !

hey everyonee !

well i am officially done for the summer ! no more leaving , im home for good. but i am really missing camp! This week my bestfriend Sarah is down for a week, and then leaving back to camp on sunday . Then Shawna,Vanessa & Melissa are comming home from cat lake and i am SOOOOOO excited ! it has been over 2 months since i have seen them. Hmmmm...whats new in my life ? well i am planning and getting the info for the missions trip my friend KC and I are going on next summer ! we are trying to decide weither to go to Peru or Costa Rica . we will be going with Global Expeditions. and the type of things we would be doing are dramas in the villages, running VBS type programs in some places , going to orphanages and putting on puppet plays and skits for the kids. so it is more of a drama outreach type trip, Sharing God through dramas, and spending time with the people in the villages. i am SOOO excited, and although it will definatly be a change for me to have to be in a different country without all the luxuries of Canada, i am trusting that God will help me to make it through. Plus i have to get a bunch of vaccinations before i go, and for those of you who know me you know needles are one of my worst fears !!! but if it means being able to go on this trip than i will do it ! Also the Kids Program chrissy,mark and i have been planning went amazingly ! we had 18-20 kids the first day, then 25 the next and then the last day it was raining and we do alot of water games, so it gave us a little problem so we werent expecting too many kids , but we ended up with like 19 kids !! . i had so much fun, and i adored all of the kids , they are so awsomee ! and one of them was pretty clingy to me, her name was alishia and she is ADORABLE ! She always wanted to hold my hand and have me sit with her. I was the leader of the younger kids group(5-8yrs) and Ynze was the leader of the older kids group(9-11yrs). and chrissy and i put on a skit every day for them. they were all the same characters, and the kids seemed to love it !

well i better head out , but i hope everyones summer has been INCREDIBLE ! and as school is starting soon i pray that God would give you all (as well as me) the strength to get back into the habit of school, or for some of you Jobs. because it is a big transition from summer to work ! well i hope you all are well !

hey all !

well i am home for another 3 days ! then its back to camp again. ive been home since LATE sunday night . but ive been sleeping & working and stuff . so i havent had to much time to write another blog. well camp was pretty fun, kinda full of drama and stuff but still awsome ! lol. i love camp cause i feel so close to God. and i spend lots of my time there with him. sooo since ive been home i havent done to much. on tuesday i worked at the church and CHRISSY IS HOME :) yay ! . so i got to see her, and boy did i ever miss her ! hehe . and i got some letters & such from the girls up in cat lake. which made me verrryyy happy. also chrissy&i had lunch with katrina on tuesday :) . and it was awsomeeee to see her again. sheesh, i missed them all so much. then i had bible study on tuess and got to see everyone, and brittany...who i missed SOOO much and it was such a blessing to see her again , and then chrissy& i had a sleepovaa . then wed just worked at the church & such . and today was pretty much the same ! . and im heading back out to camp saturdayy .. im guna miss you all again, but i finish camp the 5th & then i have a reunion to go to till the 6th or 7th . so i will be back thenn . and will forsure post again . well i thought i would add some pics . so i hope you like them and i dont know if you can see , but in the pic of me&chrissy looking funny we had just eaten a ton of cake and have chocolatee alll over our mouths ! haha. well i better head out , but like i always say, im hoping your summers are all going amazingg :) .

heyyyy again ,

well i thought i would blog since i am heading out for camp for a week to waitress . and im leaving tomorrow ! well this week has been pretty good , cept chrissy left on fridayy to cat lake :( so its kinda sadd . but i hung out with britt and nate last night , ok so mabey i slept the whole time...haha . but i did hang out with britt when she was here ! .and today i went to the dragon boat festival with katrina,lil nate(soo cuute ) Dorthy&Kari Jakola, and thier niece kathleen. well me and katrina got to be VIP's which was pretty fun ahah , got a free meal ;) . and we also played a bit at the play ground..seems as if i dont fit as well into those tunnel things anymore....lol. then we headed down to the water. along the way i ran into Shelby(one of my friendss) :) . and i also saw shannon and shayna(2 of my friends from mma). then got to the water . got in about knee deep . THEN katrina thought it would be fun to start a little water fight..and who won..yeep....she won . i am currently SOAKED lol. she threw me in and i got a nice big gulp of water ;) . lol but dont worry, i will get her back..someday ! lol

well im glad to be heading out to camp, but its guna be late nights and earlyy mornings . and lots of work ! lol . but it will be funn . im so excited to see my friends again . but i will definatly miss everyone here in sudbury ! and if anyone cares to write me the adress is

Internship

Hey again !

well summer is slow ! but im sure it will go by fast now since im heading out to camp in a few days, and the weeks im not at camp i will be doing an internship at the church ! Chrissy and I are both doing the internship and we are planning a kids program that will run for a few days. also we are doing some other work around here ..aka bugging Mark! haha. yeeep its all good ;). I am INCREDIBLY happy because i just got to talk to Shawna,Vanessa , & Melissa on the phone. its so great to hear their voices again, its been a long time, and it seems like they are all safe and good up there in Cat Lake. Well i better be off i have work to do today at the church (aka me & chrissy shopping for food for when chrissy and her mom go up to help in Cat Lake. )Hope all of you are having an amazing summer <3 !

well , summer has been going by pretty fast for me latly. But i just got back from brittanys camp with britt,nate,ynze,and mike. It was so awsome. we definatly had alot of adventures out there . like killing off the c r a z ii e mosquitos ! and me and ynze's kyak and canoe trip .. haha . and all of us trying to ride the floatie toys in the lake .

i also got to spend a lot of God time while i was there too, which was incredible. I love just waking up and going out to sit on the dock and reading my bible and spending time with God and seeing all the beauty he created. it really took my breath away. Its so awsome to know that the God that made all of that loves me so much, and calls me his own.

Here are some of the poems i wrote during my time with God

So far from home
Lord my heart longs for you

Summeerr time : )

hello again !

well this is my second post . yay ! lol . well nothing to big is new with me. I'm just hanging out with my friend Genny today and we just got back from the movies. My niece is over, and she is the most adorable kid in the world ! she is 8 months old and her name is Melina Alyssa Piazza. she LOVES to listen to music, and when its on she makes her baby noises like shes singing. she also loves to watch the tvee . it keeps her pretty amused, athough pretty much anything will keep that kid amused ! haha . I love her to pieces and she is such a blessing from God. I also have another little niece on the way, and she is due in september i believe. So far the name that my sister in law most likes is Aliyah. I am so excited for her to be born. Well things are pretty good, my summer has been awsome so far. except i had to say goodbye for the summer to some of my awsome friends who i am missing like crazy right now. 3 of them are up in Cat Lake. and 1 is away in Mexico on missions trip. and a few of them are leaving for school at the end of the summer, so i am spending as much time as possible with them! : P. Also since the summer has started i've had a lot more time to spend with God and really getting closer with him. which has been incredible so far. I hope all of your summers are going as awsome as mine. Well i better head out now, but i will blog again soon : ) .

Hey everyone,
well i am new to this whole blogging thing, but it seems as if most of my friends have these so i decided hey why not try one ! so i cant promise it will be any good haha .well for those of you who do not know me, my name is alyssa. you can read more about me if you click onto my profile. so these are my big plans for the summer. this comming wed,thurs,and fri im heading out to camp with some awsome friendss.<3 . and then on July 16th i head out to ABK to waitress for a week. ABK is THE BEST camp ever ! haha . and my camp name is daisy : ) . then i come home on the 20 somthingg haha . because i am staying at camp for the weekend of the 22 since it is elissas big 20th birthday ! then i come home till july 30th when i go back to camp for teen co-ed. and then i come home for another week, then go back till august 13th when i go back to waitress for a week with my best friend in the worldd , sarah childs <3 . then sarah is comming back to sudbury for a week after. and then summer will almost be over. wow, time sure can fly by fast. but thats why you have to live each moment like its your last. If you've read my profile you know i love to write poems, so i decided to close my first blog off with a poem i wrote, so here it is.
