well , summer has been going by pretty fast for me latly. But i just got back from brittanys camp with britt,nate,ynze,and mike. It was so awsome. we definatly had alot of adventures out there . like killing off the c r a z ii e mosquitos ! and me and ynze's kyak and canoe trip .. haha . and all of us trying to ride the floatie toys in the lake .

i also got to spend a lot of God time while i was there too, which was incredible. I love just waking up and going out to sit on the dock and reading my bible and spending time with God and seeing all the beauty he created. it really took my breath away. Its so awsome to know that the God that made all of that loves me so much, and calls me his own.

Here are some of the poems i wrote during my time with God

1st poem

So far from home
Lord my heart longs for you
please change me
make me new
clean and worthy in your eyes
for nothing seems to matter anymore
all i need is you
strip away all i have if it is your will
i will live this life for you
no matter what the cost.


2nd poem

The sun beaming down
the glisten of the lake
i feel the cool breeze glide apon me
im in awe of your creation
so amazed by your love
Lord i see you in all creation
your beauty and power
over whelms me


3rd poem

Humble and unworthy i come to you
with the sacrifice or a broken heart
i place it in your hands Lord
and watch as you make it whole
for my heart and my life is found in you
you place a smile on my face that noone else can
you give me hope when it seems like theres none
you are my strength when i feel weak
i fall to my knees at your throne
in awe of you
and i will follow you until the end of my days.
